Military Academy

Military academy „General MighailoApostolski“-Skopje, associate member of University „Goce Delcev“- Stip as the only military high educational and research Institution in the Republic of Macedonia, has a basic role to conduct research work and to educate, train and qualify personnel for the needs of Ministry of Defence, Army of Republic of Macedonia, System of Crisis Management and System of Protection and Rescue. Military academy offers university studies in three cycles (bachelor degree, master studies and specializations, and the third cycle (PhD). It has a proven record of being an active part in EU and NATO projects and they are best seated in coordinating the relations with the regional stakeholders and have the outreach to the end users and to beneficiaries. The network of experts, institutional and regional knowledge are the strong points of the Military Academy. In period of 2015-2018 Military Academy is a partner in the project "SIARS“ Smart I (Eye) Advisory Rescue funded by the NATO program "Science for Peace and Security" and in period of 2017-2019 is a partner in the project ASPires granted by EU Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO). In the period 2019-2020 Military Academy is the coordinator of the project PREvention of Disasters ICT (Informatic and Computer Technology) "PREDICT" within the Erasmus + Program, Action K201 - Strategic Support of Partnerships of innovation in school education. State secondary school for education and rehabilitation „Partenija Zografski“ - Skopje is a school for secondary vocational education for students with special educational needs (impaired hearing). The main activity of the Center is: education, rehabilitation, professional and vocational training of students with impaired hearing from R. of Macedonia. DUCOR „Partenija Zografski" Skopje is the only secondary school for students with impaired hearing in R. Macedonia. The beginnings of the Centre are found in the far 1955 when the Center verified the activity called "Expert Assistant school with practical training“. The last period is characterized as a period of steady growth, creating quality conditions for realization of the contents of the activity, providing space requirements, material-technical equipment, provision of modern teaching didactic means, technical aids and appliances. The school as a complex dynamic system is an important social institution. The new socio-political and economic changes in the country, as well as changes in the environment imposed new views, content, belief and behavior and many dilemmas and challenges in achieving the educational process. To these changes should be added to the process of decentralization of education which in turn imposes changes in several segments of the education system. Practical instruction is implemented in tree workshops for carpeting, machining and textile occupation. Directorate-General Fire Safety and Civil Protection

The Directorate-General Fire Safety and Civil Protection is part of the Ministry of the Interior of Bulgaria (DGFSCP-MoI). The DGFSCP is structured into a central level administration and at regional level, there are 28 territorial structures established and functioning in each geographic region (district) of the country. The Directorate-General Fire Safety and Civil Protection is a national specialized structure responsible for fire safety, rescue and protection in case of disasters.
